          Waterfront duplexes-Leonard’s Landing’s duplexes have stood as the premiere accommodations in Yakutat for two decades. These buildings have fully equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 6 twin beds, private bath, laundry facilities, large covered porches, charcoal barbeques, and most importantly, an unobstructed view of the unequaled Wrangell-St Elias Mountains. Updated in 2009 with new decking and paint indoors and out, and with projected new roofs and interior plumbing in 2010, these 4 units sleep up to 6 people in a comfortable rural Alaskan atmosphere.

          Waterfront cabins-The lodge offers 3 beachfront cabins, new in August of 2008. The units have 3 bedrooms, 2 queen sized beds and 4 twin sized, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, covered decks, charcoal barbecues, and incredible views of the mountains and picturesque boat harbor. Furnished with log furniture, these cabins sleep up to 6 individuals or are especially suited to couples, families, or groups.

          Large group units- Leonard’s offers 3 larger units for groups of 8 to 9 guests in twin beds. These accommodations offer private baths, large equipped kitchens, covered decks, charcoal barbecues, and living rooms complete with couches for relaxing.

          Waterfront cottage-The “honeymoon” cabin sleeps 2-3 people in twin beds and offers a private bath, small kitchen, charcoal barbecue, and spectacular views from the two walls of windows. This rustic cabin has been a favorite of smaller parties or those who prefer cozy privacy.

          Hotel Rooms-The lodge’s hotel building offers 11 unpretentious 2 person rooms, 2 of which have private baths. These accommodations fill the need for overflow guests from the cabins or for budget-minded guests. Amenities include two shower rooms, shared refrigerators, micro wave, toaster, coffee pot, and use of charcoal barbecues. Upstairs and down are areas set up for gathering with fellow travelers, including satellite television and internet equipped computer, all available free-of-charge to our guests.

Deposits:

• 30% deposit due at time of reservation or in January for reservations made a year ahead.

Cancellation policy:

• 60 days prior to arrival, deposit refundable.       

• 31-59 days prior-50% of deposit refundable.

• 30 days prior-deposit non-refundable.

• Weather delays-cost for lodging caused by weather delays are the responsibility of the guest
